I have been a AE in KSA office for 6 years. I still don't know what I'm doing, nobody ever told me. I just make pretty graphs all days. I'm Indian by the way.
A lot are under qualified and have dubious qualifications from dubious never heard of before Indian universities.
They make changes to default settings based upon committee members feedback. Every other week the settings are changed. This is very effective in managing long term project to ensure results are not reproducible.
Cause problems for field engineers
Take up space !!
