Has your store ever come close to meeting the daily/weekly sales goal provided by corporate? What percentage to goal did you make? I am guessing stores are making sales in the low teens to percent of plan, or lower.

No one’s cleaning our toilets. The bathrooms always look dirty.
I just came here to see who is cleaning the toilets.
The answer — NO ONE !!
yes BEATING LAST YEAR.....bad manager multiple customer service issues....now a great manager and really localizing the store has inspired the sales to beat last year.....get over being cynical and maybe realize some of us are doing a great job....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will never turn ,the already sinking ship around, to save Christmas.
The pandemic is still out there. People will continue shopping online. Smart Customers will continue to seek out lower prices & deals. All the current round of firing employees will mean less sales ( them, their families and their friends will no longer support BN)
BN has been in a downward spiral for over a decade. There is no way in hell they are beating last years sales. Just not possible.
I still work for BN ( looking for another one !)
Sales are horrible! Other stores in our area say the same. Obviously this store is trying to spin the truth.

My store manager lied to my face. Said everything was good and the store was doing well. I knew the manager was lying through her teeth. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have hours for me and we were separating but to call her about holiday work lol.
My manager lied to my face how well the store was doing before telling me they didn’t have hours for me and were separating. Excuse me but I am highly educated and read all the newspapers and don’t believe your BS.
Haha- "beating last year"
How pathetic is your store?
beating last year
Managers are now lying about sales, "We're doing great!" They keep telling us.
Compared to whom, Lord & Taylor?
If payroll hours where cut in half or more you know sales are significantly down by more than 50%. It is not a sustainable business model
Our managers don’t even tell us the goals anymore. We all know we’re no where close to corporate’s unrealistic goals.
