Anyone else noticed an admin adjustment from their legacy sick balance converted to PTO?

We should get more than 16 hours. I have 70 hours stilling there that can’t be used. b—s— how Walmart stole employees time they EARNED. Some associates left company and have 190 hrs they lost. Very corrupt company. Not sure how they are getting away with stealing peoples hard earn time.

Yes. There was communication about it a few weeks ago. Associates with legacy sick time had 16 hours moved to PTO/PPTO to give them more time off options.
