You should have received nothing. If you got 2300$, that came off of a Cisco employee's pocket who worked these 5 months, one of many who received less than their target due to 0.72 CPF.

Yeah well... I don't know about you but I got my bonus today.. with an IPF that resulted in >100% target despite the low CPF. I guess you weren't so lucky..

Why? Because you can't find anyone to hire you someplace else? If you don't like it, look for another job and quit. Leave on your terms on your timing. Screw Cisco over leaving them holding the sh– sandwich trying to figure out who's going to do your job all of a sudden instead of you having to look for a new job on their schedule. Which is usually in the Fall when if you don't find a job in the first 90 days, the next 60 are pretty much non-hiring due to the holidays and most companies hitting their year-end budgets.
Worst place to work until Chuck starts getting serious about the state of our business on the Cisco checkins. All of the things the ELT discuss belong on network television, which is what the checkins have become. It is a form of entertainment that pushes left of center ideology.
Chuck and ELT are doing the company and shareholders a complete disservice.
You cannot say any of this on the check in chat because you could potentially be called out as having a dissenting opinion and get fired by Fran. Dissent will be publicly chastised.
I left in 2018. It was the worst place to work then too.

Cisco hasn’t acquired a network infrastructure company in over a decade.
It's difficult to work at other network infrastructure companies when Cisco acquires most of them.
