Are there any APMs AP ASMs out there that also think 4% raise is a joke?

Are there any APMs AP ASMs out there that also think 4% raise is a joke? The coaches start out higher than us. The leads aren’t far behind us in pay. Yet the amount of responsibility, expectations and pressure we get is astronomical.

@2bsl That's the attitude that is destroying the middle class. If you're 'just' happy to have a job, the next person person is 'just' happy to take a 50 cent pay reduction for that job. The same for the next and the next until the top 1% own 95% of the wealth instead of 90%.

Yeah instead you're put onto a development plan. If you don't prove you're coach material I'm sure eventually those ASM's get the axe. Also If they fill all the coach spots why keep floating asm's around. Sounds like a waste of payroll. Walmart doesn't want that.

That is why I am accepting the Coach position being offered to me. Always love AP but time to make some money on the operations side.

Yepp, also what about the ASM's that don't get a coach spot or raise but are still expected to run their stores. LMAO.
