I was on the 3pm meeting, these past months have been brutal but now I'm happy again, business is business I know people are upset they got the axe but that's life and for the people that are still mad after not getting axed your lying or trolling it's okay to feel good about not getting axed...now let me get ready for today.

OP doesn’t realize he could be tabbed in the next lay-off and there may be NO severance. Karma
What a dic—ad! Yours is coming!
It's called empathy
Would this clown be saying the same if they were cut? I highly doubt it.
This fellow is the "New" Allstate.
Don't celebrate too quick. Just bc you made it this round, doesn't mean you still can't get cut next. Your post is very ugly and karma is real!! Layoffs are planned for all of 2021. Enjoy that extra work load too. Shameful!
I’d say your post, grammar and all, exemplifies the kind of “talent“ the org wanted to retain. Bet you did great shuffling the puzzle pieces around
:: eye roll ::
Hey OP, You better get ready son...in the coming weeks, you will need to get there even earlier and stay even later......
The irony when you are taken out in the second wave....
No doubt you will be on this board about the unfairness of your situation.....
Dude f— OP all the way. This little sociopathic prick doesn’t care about any of you who lost their job. They didn’t lose theirs, and that’s all that matters. I guarantee this decided the other way and OP was cut they’d be complaining how Allstate overlooked their talent and how unfair it is the they got chopped when less qualified people stayed. Hey OP, I wanted to get laid off, I didn’t. If you weren’t concerned about layoffs why you on this site to begin with? But since you and I are stuck here, I’m just going to see who the most selfish a–hole left is and assume it’s you.
Congratulations to you, I am happy for anyone who survives Allstate's Hunger Game! You need to buckle up now, for you're getting double and triple the workload and let's not forget they plan to layoffs into 2021. The screws are going to get tighter and tighter for the new zones but not for home office.
I loved my job/position, my team and our region but, for the past several years, I have cared less and less for home office. I am not bitter, I am looking forward to my new adventure.
Enjoy that transferred workload and the more aggressive 2021 expectations...
