Right now it seems like everyday there is a reorg that seems to put units i a far worse position.
With all of the departures about our happen you would think folks would have been getting prepared months ago. NOPE!! Almost a month away and we just identified potential teams that can take on my work. But guess what!?! Lol! They don’t have the time to do a handoff. So they are hoping that we can document all our work so when things break they’ll be able to jump in.
