2800 N. Frazier For Sale (Brandt)

Well folks just heard that Conroe facility is shutting down and selling the building. A family friend works for a Houston commercial real estate company and just called to tell me that the NOV facility located at 2800 N. Frazier is pending contract to list. I worked here for years and was laid off this year and saw this coming back then. I am sorry for those of you that are left but your management is the worst ever and I can say I am happy they too will be looking for work to support their life style. These guys are overpaid and did nothing to help keep this place going. They only worried about themselves and cared nothing for the workers at all. This toxic management team has slowly destroyed what was once a great place to work. Sad thing is that the MFG manager has been there for a long time and he has changed this place for the worst. He knows how things use to be and got to enjoy the "family" atmosphere this place once had, but did nothing to promote it at all once he moved into this position. They should have just kept him in the screen plant where he could bully the unskilled worker around as he cannot handle anyone with a mind or opinion. I am happy that he too will be looking for work at his age very soon.

@7xlg+1774ACfw Ah, that’s the one if I am not mistaken the Conroe chamber of commerce messed with NOV and then the decided to move the site to Grimes County.

If I am not mistaken.

It’s not 2800. It’s the field they own next to it where the RDTC was going to go.

WOW, just looked into this and seems like it's legit. I work here and I can say not surprised at all. But for the MFG manager looking for work, not going to be an issue with him. He will be just fine, I mean look at what he drives... does it look like he waste money. I have not been here long enough to recall the "good ole days" as it has always been a c-appy place to work. Yes the manager is not good with people and is not liked around here but he does not care and as long as the ranch hand two doors down and others keep kissing his backside he will get the work done because that is what we do. I am sure this place will soon be closed as it is so close now already. If you get an agitator order the shop will have to work overtime just to complete it lol. I sometimes think the people that left earlier this year were the lucky ones. But on the bright side covid has at least let some of us work from home and instead of sitting around there we get to be home. SO we come to work every few days listen to the "it will get better" speech and collect our checks. No of us want to be here and are looking for a way out.

On commercial café it shows that it’s off the market. I’m sure they are selling it. I don’t think that WSS will survive this downturn much longer.
