I can't believe HR sent out an email stating performance check in #2 should be done by Oct 30. Do these people live on this planet?

Don’t forget to due your open enrollment, it’s due before you get canned in R4.
Pretty sure that email was automated and scheduled to be sent out from Workday. Oops
This just cant be right. Even our HR cannot be this tone deaf.
Management is out of touch. They keep adding more and more work for employees during a highly stressful layoff and pandemic. They need to start practicing what they keep preaching and hold back on some of these items. How can we take care of ourselves when they are working people hard?
Well, the good news is since we all updated our resumes it shouldn’t take too long to input the comments.

I got my HR performance check about 30 minutes after I was left standing!
I’m just going to say that 95% of HR had the same reaction. No idea why the 5% thought that anyone in Round 4, or not selected in prior rounds, is in the mood for feedback. Managing that process is the last thing we have time for regardless. It makes sense to get some acknowledgment for 2H 2020 performance for people who end up still being here but it’s a tone deaf communication. Could just have supervisors handle after selection announcements for people who are still going to be around.
