Brian Humphries CEO at Cognizant came in to fix that company in 2019. His credo was Shape up or Ship out. The very first person he fired was Gajen Kandiah. So Hitachi somehow looks at this guy with a different lens and hires this mo–n. Why? All good questions but I’m sure that’s a story we will never hear. The fact is Hitachi Vantara hired this incompetent person to turn this around but unfortunately it will be for the worst. Fellow employees do not get flat footed and get an exit plan. This guy is horrible.

Well, its going as you could expect. Some good some bad. Maybe more bad.
So everyone, how is this hire working out?
Probably arrogance and self-interests of managers like most companies
How did this company get so f¥cked up so fast??
So have they figured out what type of company we will be when we grow up? When is the next shifty eyes presser happening?
So you are saying we will get a lot of money from Facebook....lol...jk.
This is a car wreck and a dumpster fire all in one, with the CEO masquerading as the fire chief except in his last job he was the one who started the fire.
Yup....cant wait.
Below is where HV is headed folks. I'm desperately trying to get out before it gets there.

"Cognizant received a two-year, $200 million contract from Facebook to do the work, according to a former employee familiar with the matter. But in return for policing the boundaries of free expression on one of the internet’s largest platforms, individual contractors in North America make as little as $28,800 a year. They receive two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch each day, along with nine minutes per day of “wellness” time that they can use when they feel overwhelmed by the emotional toll of the job. After regular exposure to graphic violence and child exploitation, many workers are subsequently diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and related conditions."
At this point they could probably just take the employee roster and pick a random person to be CEO and get improved results
