People forget that way before covid-19 was even around Belk was cutting store shopping hours, cutting employee hours, and had poor inventory. It is now late September 2020 and Belk seems to be taking things day by day with no real positive outlook. Where will Belk be in a year or two?

There just aren't enough people to get the jobs done. One Belk wants us to do everything. We need more staffing asap!
Our store had different hours almost every day starting in mid 2019, one day it would be 11-6, the next 10-8, then 11-5, it was so nuts, customers were confused.
