Just found out - confirmed that yesterday UTRC in EH had layoffs. Anyone else heard that ?

This is accurate. 17 people.
RTRX - Raytheon Technologies Research Center (East Hartford) the same campus as Pratt and Whitney. The R&D budget was cut, slow down the new technology pipeline for a few years.
If they worked for the UT research center, I assume that they're technically not Pratt employees.
