Diversity affirmative action. So much for white privilege and reverse discrimination. Biden will finish off white people.

There will be a layoff when you get the boot. Make sure the door don't slam you in the *utt.

Why do people keep saying more layoffs in January? Which departments? Seems odd to speculate unless specifics are given.

Lots of minority new hires and only part timers with better training then existing employees!

I will be honest with you. If you worked in this industry and you understand that no one needs a new service any longer (ping ponging customers is all they do) then there is no need for layers of people. I recently was laid off and had time to think. I do think Freier and Sievert only care about the stock price so they will help it along by cutting costs. The part about them I hate is how they use conference calls to act like they are transparent and are for the people. Total C-ap! They can’t be transparent and say hey we only need you for a little and then we are going to lay you off. So use the call as gauge. If they say everyone is ok, you got 3 to 6 months if they say We are going to look at that. Legere was about the stock price too but did it through getting the most out of people with no additional pay. Built a culture. The culture now is stock, stock, stock. Sievert- becomes ceo...what happened to your project of layer 3. Oh. Everyone got laid off. The people who are still there say how different it is. It will never be like it was. The kool aid drinkers are not immune. Beware.

Changes to which company severance package? The BCA filed indicated no changes for 18 months for Sprint employees.

Yeah there’s a reason the recent Seivert communication was Stay the Course to January! Meanwhile, we start hiring fresh, non-beat-down, faces to replace us chumps.

Lots of frontline hiring going on right now. I’d say expect a big purge in January.
