During today's Check-In, someone asked "My manager has told me that he, his manager, and their peers have not been consulted regarding who in their organizations might me selected for pre-notification the upcoming LR. Can someone address how the decisions as to who will be selected are being made and if the line managers not being in the loop is a violation of our People Deal?"
LR's are more budget driven and decided by people higher than line managers, but without the old school performance reviews, our regular manger/employee discussions should be telling us where we lie on in the risk scale in an LR or the People Deal isn't living up to its mandate.
