So morale is low at our plant. Numbers s—, etc.....Has been this way for a very long time. Poor management since day 1. We haven't had HR on site for a few months now. Managers keep changing the rules in the middle of the game because of it. Apparently our Plant manager told hourly employees at a meeting yesterday, that he was think about bringing up morale...... get ready ......
