gone up and up this week ? This past Friday had them worked and cleaned up. So, yesterday I checked there were almost 4 pages of new invoices. Finished working them all. So, today I checked out of curiosity today to see if any more hit the bench. And another 3 pages, all new. What is going on , checked with another local store . And yes there seeing the same. Is anyone else seeing the same??
I only had to do once a week. And now it looks like an everyday job.

My store usually stayed about 1/2 page, but over last couple weeks have seen as many as 5 pages. Looks like vendors are submitting their invoice as soon as they ship the merchandise out of their warehouse. I have found that the merchandise is coming in about 3 - 4 trucks after the invoice hits our screen
I don’t miss doing CIP. So glad I’m working 8 hour day shifts Monday through Friday now.
My store has only a store managers and 2.5 supervisors. CIP and RTVS been piling up lol.

Corporate sends pod for other stores to my store and doesn’t read any notes and keeps sending them back to us. Must be nice working from home.
Well this is interesting. I did rtv cip cds bopis bfos. Damage have been barely done since the day the let me go . I’m not sure If anyone else knows how to do cip. I had 4 invoices I was clearing g when I got called to the office and was let go.
The cip is increasing because vendors haven't been paid for there merchandise. It did start out with about 6 big vendors. But now it's alot more. Most of the vendors told BBB they need to catch up paying or they stop shipping. The CIP needs to be worked everyday now.

Hmmmm that’s interesting. My CIP hasn’t been any different, less than a page a week.
There are vendors that probably need paid or they will with hold merchandise which would not be good going into this SPECIAL time of the year. About a month or so ago there was a big push to get the bench cleared or there was some big vendors such as Bissell and Dyson that wasn’t going to ship anything until they got paid.
