HLE's have their place and contribute, but have never shared in carrying the cost associated with maintaining and servicing the fleet, to include IT, in fleeting and defleeting. Not to mention no burden of government tariffs and support shared facilities. So of course, their margins are better.

If they were to split off onto their own and had to manage all the above mentioned themselves, their margins would not be so favorable. Not to mention they have never succeeded in the most prime objective which was to disrupt and take share from ERAC.

Having the highest margin in Hertz isn't really something I would be shouting about.
Much love,
Enterprise.

LOL! I know you guys aren’t familiar with looking at financial statements monthly but HLE has the highest margins in the company!

Have one of your assistants tell you what that means.

Um news flash. HLE's have never turned a profit in 16 years. HLE's have always been bonused on how much they did not loose. HLE's have always been run by snakes. There have been more people from HLE's fired for fraud, stealing, and harrassment then all airports combined. It's just bad business.

Ummm news flash. HLEs are more important especially right now. Who do you think has been keeping the company afloat over the past 6 months.

We actually have accounts and can get new business rather than just being a check out counter.

The sad part of this PHX story is that while customers wait and wait and wait at the airport for a truck they did not book the UTE at the HLE's sits at 50%, because Joe and Erin think HLE's are more important. Yes did the math and PHX HLE's sitting on 500 cars that they will not rent. Have a great weekend, and don't believe it when they attempt to say that is false information, because its not.

You make us proud, PHX.
You will make us rise from the flames.
Rent as much as you can and work like dogs, such that ‘em executives can pocket a bonus.

Hertz won’t be around. The company will liquidate. And no one will transfer because those a–holes are lazy. Good for you for busting your a– for the company, but you won’t be rewarded for your efforts

Why would I leave unless forced to leave. The pay stinks, but doing 3 hours of work and then just taking long naps in a comfortable Dodge Caravan for the remainder of my shift is what keeps me working as an LM at the AP. This is the easiest hobby I ever had. $49K to screw around all night. Priceless

There are 2 types of hertz employees. Those who are applying for other jobs and those who are lying about it.

I am actively looking for something else, after 10 years. I kissed but all of that time and now, HLE people are getting promoted left and right, no interviews, just Erin giving her corrupt buddies raises. I can't wait until it is all over and Hertz is but a very bad memory. I hope I never see, Erin, Joe, Paul, again.

I know a lot of managers/directors that have spent countless years at Hertz/DTAG climbing the ladder with no college education or skills outside of the industry. They're the ones I truly feel sorry for, because they have no choice but to stay optimistic about restructuring. My advice, enroll in college, brush up your resume, and abandon the sinking ship before the inevitable occurs: Liquidation.

Unfortunately, there’s not really much incentive to stay.

How does that work when it liquidates? You just show up and the doors are closed? We're being told the company has achieved the goal of fleet sales and won't be deleting any more fleet for 2020.

I can't believe there hasn't been any restructuring yet.

I fantasize about the day that Hertz liquidates and let's all of the pathetic employees go that have some strange desire to continue working fo this lame, outdated, and ridiculously broke company.
