Think about... 15,000 people. Many have families, spouses, kids, parents. Plus, think about businesses that benefit from those 15,000 having jobs, local restaurants, gas station... I'd say this round of cuts will easily impact 100K people somehow. I honestly want this to be as fast as possible and hopefuly done in a dignified way. Godspeed.

So we merge with Raytheon to become ONE massive company but then when LAYOFFS arrive the focus is solely on PW and Collins? Bunch of BS! Fat cat slouch executives have ice running through their veins. Makes me sick.
As a remote employee in his 50's, this is it for me. Another job will be nearly impossible to find.
This is a defining moment for me as someone in my 20’s. If I lose my job and have to get a new one or I’m fortunate to keep the old one, I’m going to start following Dave Ramsey step by step. Lot better to have your own financial security in your 40s/50s than to be at the mercy of a corporation

Dude! Be more sensitive! How is Greg Hayes and team supposed to get their multi-million dollar bonuses if you're here selfishly trying to feed your family and put your kids through school?!?! Wont someone think of the millionaires and their struggles!
"fast as possible" and "dignified" lol dude we work at pratt, nothing is ever fast as possible here
