ANYONE GET BONUS WEB LETTERS YET

Wondered if web letters have gone out today. I haven't heard a peep.

if your IPF is *less than 1, you are in trouble. Or at least a low performer.

IPF (0-3) comes from your manager.
HR gives guidance, and you are stack ranked.

Just like your MRR's, Cisco wants 20% in the top range and goes down. Your manager may put in for a solid IPF, ~1.35-1.45, but it may be reduced as it rolls up to higher ups. The reason is the %'s, you may get bumped for higher up reports in order to maintain the bell curves.

If your IPF is 1, you are in trouble – either not cutting it or have a bad mgr relationship.

Can anyone tell me how the bonus is evaluated? Been asking my manager and they dont really have straight answers, seems very subjective. Clear guidelines were never mentioned during the last year.

For those who were LR’d in Feb, the second amendment letter mentioned that they would be eligible for the payout as well since last day was moved to July 24. Did anybody hear otherwise? I wonder if this will be handled by HR. I don’t see my former manager or Director going out of their way to make sure I got it. After 24 years, they didn’t need my service. I wasn’t part of their clique group.

What is usual IPF range? I heard it is 1 to 3.5. Is it true ?

How do you figure out IPF value?

your Director & VPs are thieves. Bonus allocations at each level gets funneled down. By the time the amount gets to you, the percentage is a lot less.

Yep got mine yesterday - ipf.cisco.com not updated yet but I know my number. Knew my bonus payout from HRMS last week though, it was the same. They still have not returned the Verification of Employment -> Bonus option yet. The HR thieves took it away last week after people figured out how to see their bonus early.

Just had my one2one with my boss, and as I expected, he failed to give me my letter, despite the agenda being short and the meeting finishing early. He really is not a peopley boss. He really is not a good boss either! And far, far, far away from being a leader of any description.

Available yesterday, but your manager actually has to go in and send it to you. Some are timely, others will wait until the last minute.

Solid IPF - still above 1, but not as high as last year. Made the bonus even out to "normal".

Why downvoting the bonus cut post? The bonus was 50% of what it was last year with a similar IPF.

Yes, I got mine. My IPF went down even though my manager said that my performance was the same as last year, if not better, but because there was less money to go around, IPFs were dropped.
My concern now, is how does this lower IPF factor into decisions for the LR.
