ID: @kvm+173toCWu- great post. I’m glad I didn’t make the move to Chandler. OMG.. I think I would’ve gone insane by now with all the c-ap this company has been pulling. When I started 15 yrs ago the pay s—ed but it was a way different company then it is now. You actually felt valued. Keep your head up.. if your not part of this lay-off get out while you can.

Allstate’s HR is a joke. Just give me my severance so I can milk allstate for every penny of Unemployment. 16 years of growing and changing with this company watching people get s-xually harassed, and nothing done about it, having to “give back” part of checks because of internal payroll issues, seeing people who have family members that are inept managers get promoted without having the proper work ethic and education, offices closing, relocating people and then firing them, what used to be a great career has really gone of the rails. I hope I get the “company no longer needs your managing service” and a nice check 60 days after. Good luck to all those that need the job especially in these tough times, but I really hope both the older generation of customers as well as the younger ones start to hear about how this company operates and they take a massive loss. At least I paid cash for my house in AZ after leaving CA, only positive outcome of the last two years
