Thread regarding SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. layoffs

Is it the same?

I was in the last round of layoffs and was just wondering for those who were asked to return to work and did, how does it feel to be back? Is the atmosphere different than before or just the same ole same ole? Are you glad to be back or do you have that ‘meh, it’s a job’ mentality?

For me, I’m still numb and trying to keep busy while slowly processing the fact that I spent a good portion of my life with a company that just couldn't care less about its employees.

It was stated very well. Sad, depressing, overworked, missing my long time coworkers with no chance of good bye. Was told to be elsewhere when they came for their stuff. Its surreal. Bosses act like everything is normal but nothing is. Offices and work stations are just abandoned, some animals " like encounters " just gone everything left behind. Only the core of the company left. At this point its just a job, "NOW MORE THEN EVER" and the deception from the top has picked up NOW MORE THEN EVER. So sick of the propaganda. Would have been better if they didn't start with the ECM's again.

I talk with my friends who were lucky to go back. They say it’s hard, they’re tired, it’s definitely different. No one is looking forward to holiday season. Some say it’s same o same o during slow days.. I REALLY wanted to go back..smh

recently, someone posted the old severance package details online here.
Can that person please resubmit those pages ??
My friend ( also a former employee) is talking to a lawyer and he asked if there were any docs about the previous severance.
Thanks
