How much $$$ do they owe us for back pay since we haven’t had a raise in over a year? I’m sure IBEW is fighting hard for that!!!!

Then that employee should get a lawyer because passing gas is not illegal. Also her not paying dues allows her to afford attorney fees since stewards cant tie their own shoes, if this actually happened then she would be in a great position but clearly its just union rhetoric to encourage people to forfeit their salaries to allow union officials to have pizza parties and collect $80K/year for naturally provided labor rights.
They are on a mass firing at Tampa center. An employee was observed on a call where she passed gas loudly and the customer heard it and then asked the employee if that was her. The employee said no. Frontier called her in the office and fired her for knowingly lying to a customer. The union steward refused to represent her because the employee didn’t pay union dues. This is pathetic!!!
Keep clinging to that sliver of hope that a contract offer is still out there to be had...

As for "owing us" anything you'll be lucky to get a raise that covers anything that the company is after. Florida is a right to work state and if you are still paying into the union thats on you. I havent paid in over 5 years and I still receive all the BS in the mail/email.
This thread make me laugh. The union isn’t doing anything. They are waiting for the company and the courts to dictate what it will offer. The union has no say whatsoever. Why can’t people u sweet and the union has no authority, leverage or even a say. In what the company and the courts decide.
The union is only there to mess things up. They often cause good workers to move on to better jobs and lazy working to stick around, thus bringing down the company. Stop paying your dues and get the union out of the company.
