So bakery and deli get a raise to 15.... what about the rest of us? Been there 8 years still not even at 12. I guess everyone else doesn’t matter.

Where do us 20 plus year associates go when we are barely over 40. Yeah let me start over at my age.

The smartest thing for walmart would be to offer 20 year+ associates severance packages and that would end higher end payroll as well as cut out benefits. All new hires are classified as part time so they will save $$$$$. They would do it in a shady fashion walmart no dignified enough to do it the right way.
