I’m having trouble logging into ADP when I put my name and email to view my retirement it says I’m not in the system? How is that so when I used to use seaport to go into ADP all the time?? HELP

It sounds like you’re confusing two systems. You login to ADP (adp.portal.com) to view pay stubs and tax info; you login to Prudential to view 401k/retirement info. You have to register as a new user the first time you access ADP outside of SEA Port—even if you had accessed via SEA Port before—that was using your SeaWorld user info—you now have to establish a user account directly with ADP. (ADP does NOT use an an email address as your user ID.)
