Stores are trying to force workers to have open availability. They are reposting your jobs and making you reapply with open availability. Definitely don't apply, make them fire you so they have to pay your unemployment. Furthermore, if you stay they will try to reduce your hours to force you to quit. You can also collect unemployment since this being purposefully done to make you quit. The solution is to boycott Walmart and make them fire you so you get unemployment. I am never shopping there again.

Any changes to regular Cap 1's schedules ??
The ones who deserve the raises should get raises, the ones who call out or come to work who don’t work, hide and goof off, should not be getting raises. Complaining you think your job is a cake walk. Everywhere, every work place has rules. If you have a hard time following rules, then find a good comfy cardboard box, a bag full of clothes, or better pick a dumpster to sleep in, because that’s the way your life will be going down that path.
