those of us that have been there over 30 years have been there over half our lives. Why does some that is there 2 years get the same 4 week severance.
My wife and I are both not well. We need more severance to get us through our last holiday together.. can leadership offer some of their bonuses or pay to help those of us who have dedicated our lives to the company? We need help. Please show some compassion.

My leader pretends to care. But, he hasn't done a thing for me. I, too, have been there way over 30 years. It hurts that I poured my heart and soul into this company. SR and others come in and ruin everything about this company. My anxiety is through the roof. My health is failing because of the board's actions. I know many are going through layoffs but my situation is different. I failed in life because I gave my heart to a place that threw me out like trash
I feel for you, but I guarantee there is not going to be a single person that will offer up money for you beyond what was already offered.
We are now in the age of gofundmes/other crowd sourcing type help as opposed to greed being secondary vs helping others
