Land managers/supervisors untouched

Does anyone else find it interesting that land cut over 20% today but not a single land E&P manager (6) or supervisor (5) was touched?!? Plus multiple other managers/supervisors in the department. They do zero of the work and get paid 2X as much. Also, the only group in building 15 that seems to need a supervisor in every asset?!? Have you ever had the burden of listening to the VP speak (about himself)? Come to our townhall on Monday for a real treat and to hear about Sooner football.

Not to mention the she a Manager that is literally never around. Always gone somewhere. But the general store at Carlton Landing is getting paid so there’s that...

You'd have a better chance of scotch-taping together all the documents legal has shredded over the years than to make sense of the aftermath of a CHK layoff.

JW still somehow has her job in Appalachian? She should have been cut back when she had southern Oklahoma

Speaking of misogynist. They haven’t been able to put a female landman in STX in years and there is a land supervisor with quite a LONG list of mistreatment towards women. What is the total number of people that left CHK (on their own account) from STX land? I lost count at double digits. Can we not make what’s left of the place a little more tolerable?

Oh and the July college new hire and September lay-off...solid leadership.

Oh you mean the Untouchables? Ha. This is the best post this site has seen in a while. The Land VP is a misogynist at best and only protects those that bow down to him and laugh at his repeated stories about himself and all the “famous” people he knows. Sad stuff. Hoping for a better future for Land.

True statement about the tonsils. STX management is proof positive to back that up.

I have worked there previously and have found that management will throw anybody under the bus. Doesn't matter because Devon isn't actually doing exploration and developement, management doesn't need people doing the heavy lifting. They have left long time incompetents in place, here me
Land Department?
