Cutting high paid CEO’s and giving them stock as their Severance package Would be a fabulous just dues . They are only around until the next best package comes around . Look up CEO of companies such as Raytheon you will see the Ridiculous salaries that are posted, these executives would not know how to assemble, design our quality control anything that is manufactured from Raytheon technologies why keep them employed?

Executives just don’t have enough money😡
He certainly hasn't shared anything I'm interested in hearing for his 19 million a year! Let the top ten highest paid people take a 50% pay cut. Then maybe some of us lowest paid employees could have the .75/hr raise they're keeping from us. I more than deserve that microscopic pittance I have earned and haven't gotten a raise in three years.

Board of directors of Collins and Raytheon have salaries of 150k -250k to meet how often a year? They should be doing their jobs and cut the management fat . Try to place as many employees that is feasible with Raytheon technologies That could be used in assembly and engineering, instead of running ads that they’re hiring due to all the military contracts being received.
Over 19 million is his salary WOW . I am sure mid level Executives can get the job done
