At klx everyone above shop hand ll is required to have at least a 2 yr degree and at store mgr level its 4 yr degree minimum 3.5 gpa
WFT should have hired more hands than non-revenue generating jobs. Maybe wft should have made the experienced hands get a degree witht the tuition reimbursement! They bought my degree cause where i was they hired degrees and not experience. So now i have both!
Wft tried to make hands into managers...it didnt work. Managers need to have college educations also salesmen

I wish you guys would work on your spelling and grammar. That may help with your next gig. The industry is in the tank. Sales and operations are not the only culprit to blame for the destruction of this company.
Sales shouldn't have high salary. They should get aower salary and commissions. They have no incentive to work.

f&r was the mainstay of wft! But overhead and disgruntled emoyees going to the competition can really hurt. Should have treated employees better.
To say this location was poorly managed is like saying WWII was a minor skirmish. It is now a good place for a landfill. A landfill would be more organized.
Im kind of losing money by staying around but i feel like i am indebted to wft for eliminating my tax burden on stock profits
WFT did move out of the facility in Kilgore that they owned and moved it to the Weatherford yard in Longview to help pay for the rent.
Klx is really gutting wft. The yukon yard was trending down since about 2010. I have access to the numbers. Sept 2010 it really dropped a wing and went into a tight spiral
Rumor was that Yukon OK F&R had a lot of internal issues. Poor management and they promoted and hired all their friends regardless of if they could do the job or not. They got rid of all their knowledgeable people. Was a good location that was a mainstay of Weatherford in the area. Bad deal.
Sales? Most of the good ones have been laid off, and the ones left are sitting at home due to covid. They are using covid to not try and do their job. Sales is a hustle and with the 20% salary cut they aren't wanting to hustle. Like it was said earlier, KLX has hurt us and fixing to be the premier fishing company.
It’s not good anywhere anymore, especially when you have the worst sales on the planet actively working against you and trying to lose every contract they can, and also 80% if management are only there because of nepotism and the buddy system and are about as much use as tits on a kipper. It’s going to get a lot worse imo.
