Anyone else out there having more “Karen’s” than usual? I work in a State where Masks are required to shop; including the corporate directive. When enforcing the mandate that we were trained in MYHR customers consistently tell us to F**k off or just yell at us! Then they try to tell us that they are going to get us fired! What should we do? Wait to get laid off like the rest of the staff? The few of us that are working our butts off don’t need this abuse and we love our jobs or we would leave! And don’t get me started on the increase of theft...

You have customers consistently tell you to F off? Consistently??? I find that a bit hard to believe..
so stop whining and get a new job or tell the customer f— off and see what happens lol
Not one issue, it's the way you approach the problem. Yes, I have asked alot of customers to put one on, or do they need one. All say they had one in there pocket , or car. No yelling or attitude. My other employees call me when they see someone without. They just don't want to deal with it.
Yes, and even I'm tired of wearing one fo 10 hours a day. I hope the new BBB masks that are coming will of good quality so we can breath !
By the way, people in receiving...your delivery drivers are Required to wear one Fedex, Pool, UPS.
The offenders are all Trumpers. Didn’t you know it’s there right!
Bust out the Virex. A few good sprays and they will be wearing their mask.
