Hopefully u make retirement all of you . go to work and get paid . for sitting on your asses. R.c is a joke too business agent joke

These days, It's a stinking job, nothing rewarding about it except $$, short term outlook at best.

I’m not sure if you folks realize, but looking back at Xerox romantically during the golden years is not going to change the fact that the ship has sailed, and Xerox did not innovate in any major way to meet the new digital transformation revolution. These are the ends times. I say this with all due respect, but if you are still working at Xero lx without an exit plan at this stage, get your affairs in order.

I miss the people at Xerox most of all. It was a great place to be a working parent. I was never more impressed with the diversity and the training we received. Even though I left after almost 25 years, I still want the company to succeed. I wish John V. would try to build something instead of trying to extract whatever he can for himself, Icahn and the rest of the investors. It's already teetering on the edge, leveraged to the hilt. But it was always at its greatest when employees were treated fairly. It is the front line employees that keep the customers happy and keep renewing. But living with the constant fear of the hatchet coming down is just too hard on morale. And it's never the really bad people they let go. All it does is drive away the good people that CAN leave for greener pastures.
