I was told that I will be going from a sales band to a traditional employee band, they have no idea what will happen with our bonuses or if they will be paid, has anyone heard anything? I could lose a lot of money, I am already losing a lot of sleep over this, I rarely get to sleep before 1 am now.

If they are shifting your band prepared to take a hit, they will say that between the 25th to 75th percentile is the range, but there is extreme pressure to be below the 25th percentile, oh and they can cut your pay up to 10%
This has happened before with some in sales and the part about prorating bonuses does apply in a way to National Deployment, last time something like this happened when they shifted some in sales to standard band bonuses were paid up to the date of the band change. This means if your band changes on the last day of the month and then you have a sale happen the next day on the first day of the month you will not get paid for it. The bonus pay will only be for those that occurred prior to the last day of the month, and yes it s—s but from what we went through before it is due to the how the pay system is for bonuses.
My manager didn't say we were going from sales to the standard bands, when did that happen?
Whoever posted about “gold-brick agency jobs”... if you want to be paid sales bonuses we’re always hiring! My bet is you spend 1 day in a sales job and you’ll go running and crying back to your safe cubical. Sales org is grossly underpaid in base salary for the amount of hours we put in, and what are holidays? We take calls holidays, PTO and weekends. Yes, if we outperform we earn bonuses. That’s sales in any industry and any company.

looks like those gold-brick agency jobs are getting reeled back down to earth with the rest of us. looks like your days of gettinh bonuses for golfing with clients to maintain a relationship is over.
they should put you on the claime holiday schedule as well.
I was told that FSLs will be paid their bonus on a prorated basis.
If it is anything like the claims employee band look forward to a 1.2% raise for inspired performance if you are lucky.
