Hooksett didn't layoff as many as predicted, and have brought back around 50 people already. They are standing around, and now management is trying to charge them with mis-vouchering. They are basically harassing the the employees trying to write them up for anything. What's going on here? Are other sites doing the same?

I work at GE Hooksett and there is mis-vouchering going on with certain employees who seem like they are protected by their managers. How can people sit and talk with others for for hours and then claim time for work done but not IME idle time ?

I work in Hooksett. They did bring 50 people back and I heard that corporate was NOT happy about it. I don’t see anyone standing around or on IME everyday tho 🤷🏼♂️
Just be 100% honest when you voucher and make sure yall are vouchering the same across the board as everyone else.
The hypocrisy is amazing. I don’t know about the management there in Hooksett but here in Wilmington integrity is a really big deal unless you are salary. Our management has lied several times over the past year and even being called out and questioned about it they refuse to hold themselves accountable.
Ge is not ge any longer the bs that happens here and the lack of quality only shows that the mismanagement is beyond repair just hope you get a buy out and are not here when the unions start banging on the door again with all the new people they have might not be long
Just look at the folks they pick to run these plants. Key attributes zero vision or pedigree. Probably best to move on from infested places like Hooksett.

I would suggest to be honest while vouchering. It is an integrity issue and, as many of us know, they like to get you on that one. It's a hard charge to get out of. If you are standing around doing nothing, voucher the time for no materials, no work, etc.
