He does not care!!!!!!!!!!! He speaks of integrity but still keep people on his staff who are not ethical and discriminate against employees. He qas notified and did nothing to make changes. However, these days things do not stay quiet for too long when people are doing the right thing. What does that tell you?
I posted a while back and said only way Macy’s will survive is getting rid of ceo as soon as possible . Dude is a dinosaur steering the titanic! Has no real insite and is only trying to cash in before it gone for good. Which it will be in 1.5 years

What does he care, its easy to sit in silence as the ship sinks when you give yourself a bonus. Who cares if everyone else and this old company fails, his bills are paid.
