3 billion over forecast for the quarter. Starting to cut hours. How do you spell greed (LOWE'S)

I have worked part time for two years, have never called out, and have never been late. I work in a responsible manner and try to do my best. I always thought of a company as having three groups: the shareholders, the executives/management, and the workers on the floor. However there no longer seems to be a balance between the three. Everything is done for the benefit of the shareholders and executives who care only for the share price. You can see that in two ways: Lowe's buys back 10 billion dollars worth of stock to artificially inflate the price of the stock instead of investing in the stores or the employees and cutting the hours of the many part time workers to the bone. I just saw my schedule for next week. I am only scheduled for four hours. I also saw my hours slashed this past January and February. They certainly know how to take away any possible motivation to do one's job well. "Pennywise, pound foolish."
Surprised? You know this was coming. Marvin’s house is 18.7 million. Do you think the sharecropper remembers or cares how it felt to worry how much he made. If he made less we could all make more without touching the bottom line.
Yeap GREED
I was doing 6 days a week (40+overtime) since March, first week of September I have three days.
Cutting hours at my store, some departments with no one after 7pm during week that in past always had someone til close.
