I won't take this offer and I have yet to talk to anybody who will. I will take my chances with the LR and if I get hit will be here until December. IMHO they don't get what matters to the 50+ crowd. Medical and 401K.
it was a C- effort of an ER package from a C+ ELT and was less than previous ones offered in the past decade +. They are trying to scare the older employees that they do not want to LR so as to avoid a class action law suit for ageism. Unfortunately, the offer is so bad that few will take it, IMHO.
