Well let’s just start with the incompetence of the the leadership, basically shutting the factory for week( including the bank holiday) is it a suprise to anyone, further more, Iv worked here for over 30 years and iv never seen this company in such a mess, the management and supervision have absolutely no idea how to run this once great company, the whole shop floor morale is zero!!!!, as we get into the winter months, the big stick is about to come out, just to hide and distract, from the total and utter incompetence of the management here.R.I.P MONO
