When will claims position be eliminated?

I keep hearing Sept 1st as the change date for claims and the backroom as a whole.
Yes we have the more to the floor program about a year now. It's actually more to the trash because our apparel ladies think their to good to cvp or donate. Sure it's not that way at every store but that is the problem with these programs nobody owns it with pride. So how does more to the floor work in stores with no dept mgrs? And do you still have any claims associates in store that on the GWP with no dept mgrs? Just curious. We are being told anything about anything!
More to the floor eliminated some of claims responsibilities and put it on the dept managers. And now some of the signing in claims is gone.

The Claims Supervisor is THE go-to person at our store. How can this be iminated with so few that know his routines???
Is claims being deleted? Is so, why wouldn't they wait until after the biggest return season? Do they really have that much confidence in their programs! I can definitely see a reduction in hours in claims and have heard for years the supervisor position will be eliminated but haven't heard claims will be eliminated. So who knows anything?

I want to know too. Sams club 2018 started workday in September 2018 by March their PCTC was gone. I can only hope
