Announcements happening today. Second wave of sending more PBC administrative jobs to India. Great timing when we’re in a pandemic with lots of unemployment. Greedy, greedy, greedy.

They should move all of HR to India. They are insensitive puppets that were ruthless in the terminations. Shoe is now on the other foot. Hope they are given a box and coupon for a free case and sent on their way. How many HR people do think will get surprising new opportunities in the company?
Half of Global HR Operations is moving to India. Great American company.
Why are they making this company like an Indian company? moving more and more job there....
I heard they are moving HQ from NY to Dharavi since Pepsico is an international company with most of the business outside the big bad USA
What positions? Departments? Sales, plant, hq,...?
More coming. They’ve been pretty open about it.
Part I enjoy is how much the Execs push the “but it’s not outsourcing ‘cuz they are Pepsi employees” nonsense.
How do you select employees for termination? I am not sure about all countries but some have very strict employment regulations about this from a human rights perspective. All employees must have equal access to training, internal opportunities and terminations must be applied in the spirit of “fairness and equity”. I represent many cases like this. Ask for your case to be assessed! Coming to a Human Rights Tribunal near you. All records are made public.
So how does this great company decide who they offer alternative positions to and who they throw out the door? Why do I hear that some people are fast tracked to compfy other jobs while others are walked out the door? Sounds a bit fishy to me !
On another note, the geniuses that run this organization have another wonderful opportunity for employees to join a team that tells people what a great place it is to work.
You can even be a band 3 employee and be part of recruiting college students to start out at a band 6 even though they are much less qualified than you for the position.
Glad to see they are still doing that quick transformation that was started 6 years ago. Ha ha ha ha ha. Remember when some mo–n said they could do it faster, better and cheaper? Same logic used for SAP. Everyone on SAP are still laughing that they bought themselves a golden ticket to retirement.
More info? You meaning I.T ? Or customer service call centers? Or lobby greeter admins?
You must be new here.
