Most have very good skills and should find something quickly.

Short answer is yes. Red badges are necessary for some day to day work. Usually SOWs for reds are done quarter to quarter so red badges will likely be cut when their contracts end, though it is possible they could get cut sooner. Also red badges will likely be needed as a cheaper alternative to complete the work blues will leave behind when they leave Cisco. That said Im sure some reds will be cut but it won't be all of them.

Why? You blue badges worried you may have to do some actual work?

Only the most critical ones will be renewed. The most highly paid are being asked to reduce their rate or get out the door. No new H!Bs since Trump has suspended that. Existing ones can still continue to work.

Think those are timed with their contracts. Would not be pre-terminated, IMHO.
