Hey Folks It’s around that time for another survey. To former Mtechs who have made the jump to NCR how are you all doing? How is the work environment? Advancement? Basically are you guys living the dream after MTech? To our stores on the front line, Is NCR coming up to speed? What do you feel is NCRs strengths and weaknesses? I hate to break it to MST who went over to NCR. After the 3 year contract ends everyone who jumped ship will have an option, either take a pay cut to make what the other NCR techs make or leave NCR. That is my prediction and you heard it here first.
You have got to be kidding ....., I hope? Integrity always? MTech is a joke! Hopefully those of you left will be outsourced. Just a matter of time.

Message to "BID D"........ NCR has a 3 year contract with Macy's. What's the problem, is Macy's not paying NCR? Are they not accepting partial payment? Gee, last year your little survey did not do much in terms of changing the lack of support to the stores from NCR. You heard from all of us the lack of support. You basically told us to go fly a kite! I thought you would have been let go by now. You have driven us into a hole with piles of broken equipment and systems that do not work. All of you in upper management with MTech should be let go.
Teams win if you are corrupt, greedy and dishonest. This is the Team that MTech promoted.
Keep your heads up soldiers things will get better. There is still hope. Eventually the frown will turn upside down. Remember Teams Win!

You have got to be kidding? How about we survey you executives that pocketed the bonus for out sourcing us. For those of you left with jobs! Living the dream, as you put it, is working and being appreciated for the job you do. We made it work for years with little support from MTech management. I am embarrassed for you that you create such a post. Like what the stores say really matters. They are in dire straights and you know it. Best of luck I say. Your days are numbered. You blew it!
