Incorrect use of the word bluster, but I think I understand the intended meaning.

At the C Level, Xerox employees are a liability that need to be removed as quickly as possible.
To hell with customer retention or driving revenue! Employees are keeping the C Level from their bonuses.

The rebadge and offshore was a bad move and the ultimate downfall. Customers and sales dont like it and are leaving because of it. The few onshore that stayed in those depts are the only reliable ones with real knowledge of the industry and are the go to.

They need just enough of us to stay until they sell the company or declare bankruptcy. I could tell as soon as I started attending the Xerox webinars... employees are wayyyyyyy down on the list of things they care about.
