Got my Retirement offer today. Not very good at all. 19 weeks salary and 19 weeks COBRA. Absolutely horrible offer. I will not be taking it! What an insult!

What’s retirement?
In NY, we were asked not to bring back the lowest performing employees and then in 2 years, hire new lower level employees which we can train. This will help our budgets.

Did igt do any more layoffs past August 20th?
They’re only gonna offer it to 63 yrs old up, and 5 yrs service up
I will take it if they will offer it to me. The company is not doing good anymore, rather save myself first than sink with them.
Standard layoff package. Force them to lay you off.
