Does anyone know what the base starting pay is with BBB for a Supervisor w/ keys? Asking for a friend.....

Pay dependent on amount you receive reselling “borrowed” products. Outside dumpster or overfilling big boxes to sell to friends is highly lucrative.
I worked for bbb and I complained about this a lot but I just love the fact bbb pays less to a person that has keys, code to the safe alarm codes etc than a cashier at Wendy’s 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. It’s silly
Regardless of the district/store volume, those keys come with a huge responsibility with your colleagues and customers. Do not take the position if they are not willing to compensate.
Freight, are you kidding. We have been slammed with freight! Not even enough of time or people to handle it.
Maybe your store is closing???
At my store you can expect between $11 and $13.
In my store we make 18 flat starting. B volume
My store is an A volume and we are so empty we look like we are going out of business!
Stockrooms are empty too.
When we actually get freight in it’s minimal.
So sad I feel like we are sinking.
This company has been my second home for 10 years and I don’t like the changes I am seeing.
A manager also said we are not able to pay vendors...that can not be a good sign
Depends on experience. I’ve seen $14 to 22. Also depends on market and on store volume.
In SC it’s 12.50 😂
In my district it’s $16-$18 Western NY area
Has anyone heard if and when lay offs are coming. I have been searching for a new job just want to make sure I have one before that let us go.
I don't know where you live ???
But the base pay for sup with keys at minimum $20 and up .
14 dollars an hour
