Double dip

Did I lose my years of service when I took the last ER package?

They said in Q&A on Friday that service is cumulative and multiple stints would be additive. Your previous stint will be counted (as it should be). I have 3 freaking stints so I’m counting on this for the ER package I expect to receive tomorrow.

How do you know if your years of service got bridged? I initially got hired in 97, got LR’d in 2010, then re hired in 2011, and on my paycheck it has a start date in 2011....it be great if they overlooked the LR in 2011 and bridge tenure, would make it very attractive pkg!

I originally hired at Cisco in 1995 then took the ER in 2011. I returned in 2015 then was LR'd in 2019. Re-hired 4 months later. All throughout Cisco bridged my tenure and I was recently recognized as a 21 year employee. However, I will not be eligible for the new ER because I was re-hired in FY20.

ooooh - boundary case. I hope you can slip through the cracks and get a double. If you were 50 in 2011, came back in 2013 at 52, you'd be 59 + 7 even if they didn't credit your first stint.
