One good thing I see, is a few of these F-bomb foul mouthed "leaders" and seniors have been cut . Rtp had a few of these let go, bullying their way with f-bombs, and at the same time being in charge of nursing an internal fulfillment database, and Unused QA Tools.. ; yeh we need MTS 5/6 and VPs for that . I feel for the heads down ICs that we're let go. These entrenched long timers not doing squat so much...

Things will eventually turn around.

LOL. For a ship to turn around, it needs fire in its boiler. This ship has been dark for some time, running on pure inertia.

GK has hired incompetent leaders k–ling company culture and engineering strength. There are many very talented engineers still hard at work but zeroes like the former cto, incompetent CSO, K, O, B, have destroyed the company. Get a new leader stop promoting your buddies and their friends and there still hope to save netapp.

GK and his inner circle need a COO who can rally the company. The values, the mojo, it’s all gone. Lots of favoritism in the company.

NetApp most recently joined the NASDAQ-100 in Dec 2018

NetApp was also dropped in Dec 2016 (can't find when they were added before then)

reason for being dropped this time likely

If the issuer has an adjusted market capitalization below 0.10% of the aggregate adjusted market capitalization of the Index for two consecutive month ends

Agree - GK should have been fired by the board years ago. Absolutely no vision or leadership coming from the top. George's idea of "innovation" is to hire consultants to come in and tell him what to do...

Not surprised. Netapp stock has been a disappointment for a while now. That said, this may be an opportunity to buy low. Things will eventually turn around.

GK has k–led the brand over the last several years.
The company has a great solution but without the leadership, its going to die over time. Replace GK and some of the other executives and the company can be on top again.
