Unfortunate we had many good people leave us in these past months but our leadership is failing us. From the top down now it's obvious the company lost its way this year. Anyone working at Pembina feeling the same to me and my team? Technical Services.

I agree Warren. It's always been hard working for this company (and my team). Change needs to happen within at all levels.
hard to keep your way in a global pandemic. Pembina ain't perfect, but what company is thriving right now, and saying we have great leadership? no one's options are in the money, unless you were still here when ol' man Michaleski was around. the only people doing well right now are bankruptcy lawyers
Most people in my business unit are just happy to be employed.
