Not sure of any other states but CTF fiber footprint is minimal. They would have to spend Billions or sell CTF for nickels on the dollar.
As FTR implements the transformation they pitched to the Bond Holders of being a Fiber only Broadband Company , and not a Tel-Co. Big changes ahead that will change employees needed .
well deserved, Frontier is the worst. Most managers are completely inept and incompetent and they seem to defraud their customers at each chance they get.
