Here is where I find myself. I want the package due to my preferences. It isn't for everyone I'll admit. But my options are worry about my job, worry about not getting the package, and worrying about the volume of work that will be asked of me if I do get to keep my job! What incentive is there for employees to do any more than the bare minimum when you realize that anything you do at this time isn't going to matter to the decision and busting your tail won't even lead to extra bonus? All incentive will be gone until March of next year when they get their goals organized. Productivity and morale in the dumps. Not to mention a distrust of Pioneer.
It is very distracting knowing it's coming but not knowing if it's you is driving all of us crazy. Plan B is in place, ready, set to go.
Makes me wish they never told us until it happens but having a plan B in place is a good thing as well.
mgrs need to be cut 70%. they add no value. purely a g&a drain!
When the field drums start beating they are highly accurate, I don't know how they do it
Plan B, I'm trying to figure out if my current projects and activities are still valid or a waste of time like those leading up to last year's VSP & ISP.
This website has never been wrong
They are telling VPs that they are cutting 50% and managers 30%.
Big cuts coming.
