Looks like the new CEO is adding new blood and focusing on organic growth.
As this growth hasn't been there for the past number of years under Phil, and all of the ELT was there for that, who will be held accountable?
I can think of a couple of them who are terrible leaders and incompetent. Will Odilon wake up and see this and let them go?
Has anyone failed at more roles than payments chick and still kept their job? How many have lost their jobs because of her screwups and then getting stuck with blame?
What will be sad is that she will get a nice severance when ACI is sold and between that and her existing equity will walk away $5-10 million richer. More shoes to buy!
